Sunset Healthcare CPAP Chinstrap Overview
The Sunset CPAP Chinstrap is an innovative alternative to traditional methods. This device mimics the successful Resmed chinstraps to provide effective therapy assistance. Chinstraps should be used by patients whose open mouths during sleep negatively effect their sleep therapy.
This chinstrap uses velcro to attach to the CPAP mask headgear, rather than wrapping around the top of the head. This feature, combined with a breathable material, increases patient comfort tremendously. The fabric "cup" securely holds the chin in place to prevent the jaw from opening.
